Protocol provides an extensive portfolio of Contract Furniture. Since our inception in 1991 we have developed a large selection of quality products to provide suitable options for all design schemes and venues including hotels, restaurants, stadiums, offices, cafes, bars, universities and golf clubs.

We work closely with key interior designers and selected manufacturing partners to ensure our range offers both contemporary and classic furniture styles, as well as unusual and innovative designs to suit current interior and exterior trends. Protocol can also supply special designs and customised furniture in conjunction with project briefs and budgets. All our furniture is comfortable, stylish, durable and constructed to withstand the heavy use expected in contract environments.

Our National sales team provides support throughout the design stage and our dedicated installation team will see your project through to final sign off. This ensures a smooth process from start to finish.

Visit our showroom in Brentwood, Essex to see our latest and most popular furniture models. A member of our experienced team will be on hand to offer advice and guide you on your way to choosing the most suitable furniture for your project.

We work closely with key contract upholstery suppliers and have on display a large collection of fabric, faux leather and leather swatches for you to choose from. We also have wood and metal finishes available for you to match up with fabrics and chosen furniture to create the perfect finished product.

Delivery and Installation


Protocol offers both a delivery only and full installation service, depending on your requirements and timescales. The installation service is carried out by our experienced in-house team in our fleet of Protocol vehicles. They will deliver to site, position all furniture according to your plan and remove all packaging to ensure your venue is left ready for use.

Our standard lead time is 6-7 weeks however our extensive product range allows us to achieve shorter lead times on occasion if required. We will work with you to ensure we find a convenient delivery time and date to suit you, keeping you updated throughout the process.
